Fifth Wall Appoints New Co-Presidents

Fifth Wall, an asset manager based in New York, has appointed Jeremy Fox and G.M. Nicholas “Magnus” Vik as Co-Presidents, a new position aimed at guiding the company through its next phase of growth. The appointments are effective as of April 2024, and both Fox and Vik will report directly to Brendan Wallace, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Fifth Wall.

Fox, who will continue to oversee Fifth Wall’s Global Partner Coverage team, joined the firm in February 2021 from Credit Suisse. Vik, appointed Chief Operating Officer, joined Fifth Wall in March 2020. Additionally, Fifth Wall has elevated five other senior team members, including Peter Gajdoš and Jon Hong to Deputy Chief Investment Officer and Deputy Portfolio Manager, respectively. Luke Harris and Eric Lee have been promoted to Partners in the Finance and Legal operations, and Michael New has been promoted to Partner on Fifth Wall’s Partner Coverage Team.

“As new, unprecedented headwinds—from asset obsolescence, housing affordability, climate change, construction costs, to security risks, and beyond—continue to make it more challenging to own and operate real estate, we are more committed than ever to delivering strategic solutions and instrumental opportunities to our valued Limited Partners and Portfolio Companies,” said Wallace..
