Gary is the Global Design Managing Director of Greystar and a qualified architect with over 25 years’ experience in architectural and interior design. He oversees design strategy, innovation and design standards while supporting global design activities and assisting local teams in delivering development projects in 15 different countries on 4 continents. Prior to joining Greystar, he acted as a strategic design advisor on major development projects in London with a combined GDV of over £5 billion. In this role he worked closely with developers and project design teams to unlock the full potential of each development project. He is a registered architect and member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), earning his B.Arch (Hons), Dip.Arch and RIBA Part 3 at The Glasgow School of Art, Glasgow University.
