Grosvenor has named Jamie Whitty-Lewis as CEO of its UK property business

Shared 17 October, 2025

Jamie Whitty-Lewis has been appointed CEO of Grosvenor’s UK property business, effective December 1, 2025, succeeding James Raynor who took up the role of CEO of Grosvenor’s international property business in September. Currently serving as GPUK’s Executive Director of Finance, Whitty-Lewis was scheduled to become the business’s CFO from April 2026, but his promotion to CEO means current GPUK CFO Debbie Lee will continue in the role until a new CFO is selected before succeeding Grosvenor’s retiring CFO Rob Davis in Summer 2026.

Whitty-Lewis has been responsible for the financial management of the London Estate—Grosvenor’s largest single direct property holding—as well as strategic planning and valuations across Grosvenor’s UK property business. He has held roles in several different parts of Grosvenor, including as Group Reporting Director with responsibilities for strategic planning for Grosvenor Property, and previously as Strategy Director and Head of Finance for the London Estate. Before joining Grosvenor, he worked in PepsiCo’s European headquarters following three years in BDO’s external audit practice.

“I am delighted to have Jamie succeed me in the role of CEO of our UK property business,” said James Raynor, CEO of Grosvenor Property. “He has a deep understanding of our London Estate, having been responsible for its financial management; wide-ranging experience and expertise built in a variety of roles, including as Grosvenor Reporting Director, and a natural leadership style that I am confident will guide the business through its continued growth trajectory, supported by an exceptionally strong executive team.”

Under Whitty-Lewis’s leadership, Grosvenor Property UK will deliver several major projects including South Molton, London’s West End’s largest mixed-use development, and the transformation of Grosvenor Square, which will create a biodiverse urban garden through a significant voluntary contribution while providing wide-ranging benefits to the West End. The business will also focus on further growth of its private credit operations, funding projects that boost housing supply and help decarbonize the built environment.

“I am honoured to take up the role of CEO of Grosvenor Property UK and to be given the opportunity to build on the commercial success we have achieved in recent years, the environmental leadership we have demonstrated and the strength of the partnerships we have forged,” said Whitty-Lewis. “It is a great privilege to lead such a talented team, and I am excited for everything that we can achieve together.” Whitty-Lewis holds an honours degree from the London School of Economics, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales, and is co-founder of Grosvenor’s (dis)Ability Group.
