Bio:

James is an entrepreneurial technology, data, and transformation executive with over 15 years’ experience. As the Chief Technology Officer of Indurent, he oversees all aspects of technology, data, cybersecurity and business transformation. James has a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing technology teams, platforms, and capabilities. He has successfully repositioned technology as a differentiator and value driver, significantly reducing operational expenditure, improving revenue, and enabling rapid business growth and scalability. His extensive experience in guiding businesses through large-scale, complex transformation programmes is evident in his achievements at Indurent. Notably, he spearheaded the delivery of an award-winning technology platform, Industrials Hive®, and recently led the successful integration of St Modwen Logistics and Industrials REIT, culminating in the creation of Indurent in July 2024. This ambitious programme delivered over 40 projects in just six months, all on time and within budget. Before joining Indurent, James built a successful career in management consulting, leading technology transformation programmes for some of the world’s most respected organisations, including Bombardier, Abrdn, Standard Life, Prudential, Starwood Capital, Grainger PLC, and Ivanhoé Cambridge. In his early career, James gained valuable experience as an analyst in the private equity sector and held positions in the Office of US Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer and at Buckingham Palace. James is a Member of the British Computer Society (MBCS) and the Property IT Directors Forum (PITDF).
