Jess Parmar is a senior real estate leader with over 20 years of global experience across residential property, hospitality, and flexible workspace. She holds an LLB (Hons), is FTPI qualified, and serves as a Board Director of The Property Institute, the professional body for residential property managers across England, Scotland, and Wales. Jess has held executive leadership roles within leading property management organisations, most recently as Chief Operating Officer, and has worked with FTSE 250 and global brands including Hilton Worldwide and Regus. Her career spans complex, multi-asset environments where operational excellence, customer experience, governance, and scalability intersect. At the core of Jess’s work is a passion for human centred design in the built environment, creating joyful, purposeful resident and community experiences that support wellbeing, long-term value, and sustainable living. She is particularly focused on how data, systems, and technology can be applied to improve service delivery, efficiency, and trust between residents, operators, and asset owners. As Co-Founder & Director of The Property People, Jess now works with developers, investors, and managing agents to raise industry standards, drive operational efficiency, and challenge legacy approaches to residential management; helping organisations adapt to an increasingly digital, experience led consumer market. Jess’s leadership philosophy blends rigour with empathy. She believes there is both a science and an art to building successful organisations: the science being the methodologies, metrics, and experimentation that enable scale; the art being the human insight, values, and behaviours that create connection. It is this balance that, she believes, unlocks exceptional experiences, resilient communities, and lasting impact.
