
JLL has appointed Klaus Koponen as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in Finland. Klaus, currently Head of Markets Advisory in Finland is extending his responsibilities and taking over the leadership of JLL Finland. He succeeds Dr Tero Lehtonen.
Based in Helsinki, Klaus joined JLL in 2020 as Head of Corporate Solutions, and in 2022 took on the role of Head of Markets Advisory in Finland. Prior to JLL, Klaus held leadership roles at IWG (previously Regus) and brings extensive experience in the Nordic real estate market. He holds a Master of Laws from the University of Helsinki.
In his new and expanded role, Klaus will play pivotal role in leading the delivery of JLL’s services across the Finnish market and driving the strategic development and continued growth of the business.
