JLL Appoints New UK Head of Research and Strategy

JLL has announced that Adam Challis will become the new head of research and strategy in the UK.

Adam, who also holds an Executive MBA from London Business School, has been at JLL for 11 years and brings a wealth of experience from previous research and strategy roles including working with the UK and international residential teams.

Stephanie Hyde, JLL UK chief executive said: “This is a strategic role for the UK business and our clients rely on our ability to provide timely, concise and prescient research to support their real estate strategies. Adam brings an energy to our insight programme and is well-known for his thought-provoking commentary on the issues that are shaping real estate markets across the country.”

EMEA head of research and strategy, Tom Carroll added: “Adam is an experienced leader amongst our global research team and will contribute to our research strategy, while also guiding our market-leading UK research team. Research and insight are at the heart of client service at JLL, and we continue to invest in our research platform to ensure JLL clients receive best in class advice.”
