Jonathan Lurie is Founder, Managing Partner, and Chief Investment Officer of Realty Corporation Ltd, the family office he established in 2017 after retiring from Blackstone’s Real Estate group. At Realty, Jonathan leads the firm’s investment activities across both traditional real estate and PropTech, overseeing balance-sheet deployment and cultivating key capital relationships, including co-investment and operating-partner ventures. Over a 25-year career, Jonathan has acquired, managed, and exited tens of millions of square meters of real estate across Europe, totaling over €25 billion in assets. He spearheaded the creation of Logicor, Blackstone’s flagship logistics and industrial platform, and transformed Multi Corporation from a distressed retail developer into one of Europe’s largest retail-asset managers. Jonathan has also served on the boards of major commercial and residential real estate concerns such as Logicor, Office First (IVG), Songbird (Canary Wharf), Multi Corporation, TLG, GSW, Nepi Rockcastle and SGS. Through Realty Corporation, he acts as a senior adviser to McKinsey & Company, guiding global clients on investment strategy and portfolio priorities. Prior to founding Realty, Jon held senior roles at Blackstone and Goldman Sachs, and worked in investment and development at Tishman Speyer and Morgan Stanley. Jonathan is a member of the Standards and Regulation Board of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors). He holds an A.B. with highest honors from Princeton University and an MBA with honors in Real Estate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
