Prior to founding Blue Tagus, she served as Executive Director at ABN AMRO in Amsterdam and London on the issuance side of real-estate finance, working directly with institutional investors as capital providers within platforms totalling approximately €120 billion in exposure. This background instilled an investor-first mindset and a pursuit of perfection in underwriting, governance, and execution. At Blue Tagus, Katja leads investment strategy, capital structuring, acquisitions, and full-cycle execution, continuously staying ahead of market developments, technologies, and advanced delivery solutions—ensuring that capital entrusted to Blue Tagus is managed with foresight, resilience, and confidence.
