Katja Pazelskaya is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Blue Tagus, where she leads the firm’s real estate development platform in Portugal and oversees investment strategy and capital deployment. With over 20 years of experience in real estate and investment, she specialises in designing and executing institutional-grade investment programs aligned with clients’ risk-return objectives and market cycles. At Blue Tagus, Katja focuses on value-driven opportunistic transactions and operational real estate strategies that integrate advanced technologies and involve partnerships with tech-enabled operators. Prior to founding Blue Tagus, Katja served as Executive Director at ABN AMRO, where she oversaw a €120 billion real estate loan portfolio. Katja holds a degree in Economics from a Dutch Business School and completed an executive program at INSEAD (France and Singapore). She has also served as a guest lecturer at the University of Amsterdam.
