Shared 29 October, 2025

Keller Williams Realty, the world’s largest real estate franchise by agent count, has awarded a new master franchise in Qatar as the company continues its Middle East expansion. Led by Regional Operating Principal Muhammad Usman Saeed, the KW franchise in Qatar opened its first market center in the third quarter of 2025 and is currently initializing operations across the country.

Qatar marks the fifth KW master franchise in the Middle East, joining Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Israel, and Dubai UAE. The expansion reflects Keller Williams’ accelerating regional presence, with 35 market centers and close to 4,000 agents currently operating across the Middle East, demonstrating momentum in sharing its culture and business models with local leaders building service-driven real estate businesses.

“The addition of KW Qatar marks another milestone in our Middle East growth story,” said William E. Soteroff, president of Keller Williams Worldwide (KWW), the international division of Keller Williams. “Across 35 market centers and close to 4,000 agents, our presence in the region continues to accelerate as we share our culture and business models with local leaders eager to build thriving, service-driven real estate businesses.”

With over 15 years of senior business leadership experience in Qatar across real estate, education, and investment-based firms, Saeed has built a career uniting financial discipline with strategic growth. He has overseen successful public listings, led institutional restructuring initiatives, and managed real estate valuations and development projects exceeding $1 billion USD, positioning him to lead the franchise’s expansion in the country.

“Keller Williams brings the right balance with world-class training, technology, and accountability within a model that allows agents the freedom to grow their own businesses fully,” said Saeed. “Our affiliated agents will thrive with this structure. My vision is to make KW Qatar the most trusted, agent-focused, and culture-driven real estate company in the country. We want to create an environment where agents grow as entrepreneurs, not just in sales performance but in mindset, professionalism, and long-term wealth building.”

As of September 30, KWW operates 267 market centers outside the U.S. and Canada across more than 60 regions with over 17,000 agents. The company is currently exploring further expansion opportunities across Central and Eastern Europe, Central and South America, Africa, and throughout Asia, seeking qualified leadership teams grounded in Keller Williams culture alongside stability in government, banking, and judicial systems.
