Kevin Kincaid, Group Transformation Director, Grosvenor

Bio:

Kevin is responsible for technology led organisation-wide change initiatives. Since joining Grosvenor in 2014, Kevin spent time in both London and Hong Kong, where he headed up the IT and Digital programme and development functions before being appointed Group Technology Director in 2019 and Group Transformation Director in 2024. Before joining Grosvenor, Kevin was Director of IS Programme and Development at Telereal Trillium and prior to that, held a number of technology roles in the UK and Ireland. He is Chair of the Grosvenor Group Technology Steering Committee, Chair of the Fusion Programme Steering Committee, a member of the Grosvenor Group Finance Board and leads the AI taskforce. Kevin graduated with a BSc in Pure and Applied Chemistry (Hons) from DCU, Dublin in 1997.
