Kyle Streitburger, Head of Investments, Sunrise Real Estate

Kyle is a Founding Partner and Head of Investments of Sunrise Real Estate. He is responsible for overseeing Sunrise’s acquisition efforts. He also serves as a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining Sunrise, Kyle was a Senior Vice President at ARK Fund Management in London, where he led acquisitions across Europe. Prior to ARK, Kyle worked for Sculptor Capital Management (formerly Och-Ziff) and Blackstone, where he focused on equity and debt investment opportunities across Europe. Kyle started his career with Morgan Stanley’s investment banking real estate team between London and Madrid. Kyle graduated summa cum laude with a dual degree in International Business from Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICADE and Northeastern University.
