Lette AI, a Dublin-based property management startup founded by former Nory AI executives Mohan Sai and Jakub Rajek, has raised $1.4 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Pitchdrive, with participation from Baseline Venture and Lugus Capital, alongside angel investors including Mark Ransford and Nory AI co-founder Conor Sheridan. The company uses AI to power customer-facing, high-volume workflows helping property managers and investors streamline leasing, renewals, maintenance, and tenant engagement.
Founded in March 2025, the proptech platform is already used by three of Ireland’s four largest landlords and currently manages more than 5,000 properties across the UK and Ireland. Notable Irish property managers using Lette AI include Grayling Properties, Storyhouse by Ardstone, Hali, Liberties House, Rathmines House, and Lugus Capital. The platform claims to cut admin by up to 90%, double productivity, and boost net operating income for landlords while saving property teams more than 100 hours monthly on manual data entry and repetitive tasks.
“The problem with property management today is that most systems are just glorified spreadsheets. They make the job slower, more repetitive and inefficient,” said Mohan Sai, co-founder and CEO of Lette AI. “With this funding, we are launching one of the first agentic AI operating systems in the property sector that handles the real tasks that drive margins, protect asset value and keep tenants happy. By bringing ground teams, residents and investors together in one place, we aim to make operations smoother, service more personal and portfolios more successful.”
The founders previously worked on Nory AI, which claims to save restaurateurs 100 hours of admin monthly by automating time-consuming office tasks, and are now applying the same approach to the property market. The fresh funding, alongside platform interest, has already catapulted Lette AI’s valuation to a “multimillion-dollar” level, with plans to grow the team, strengthen its Irish foothold, and expand into the UK and United Arab Emirates.
Lette AI aims to have 25,000 properties on its platform by March 2026, as well as $1.1 million in annual recurring revenue by the end of next year. The company recently appointed industry veteran Jon Hammon as head of growth, with the next phase focusing on expanding the product engineering team and advancing proprietary AI capabilities, including rolling out autonomous AI agents across leasing, operations, and resident engagement.
“Lette AI is a game-changer in the $200bn global property management market. Its pioneering AI agents slash onboarding times by over 50pc through seamless automation of rentals, tenant screening and communications, delivering immediate, measurable value,” said Boris Bogaert, managing partner at lead investor Pitchdrive. Peter Horgan, managing director at Lugus Capital, an early adopter turned investor, added: “Investors and residents expect a smarter, more responsive experience. As both a customer and an investor, we see Lette as a next-generation platform that’s answering that need.”
