A highly driven and enthusiastic individual with twenty years of experience in real estate, Lewis’ journey setting up Allsopp and Allsopp began with only four employees and now, 16 years later, employs nearly 500 people. Lewis’ trajectory as the company’s Chairman began with his consistent drive towards excellence enabling Lewis to position Allsopp & Allsopp as one of the main references in real estate in Dubai and beyond. His solution-driven approach and an overall positive attitude enabled him to perform multiple roles during the company’s early days until Allsopp & Allsopp’s growth led him to take a back seat on the sales team and allowed him to perform his leadership skills as the company’s Sales Director in 2011. As Allsopp & Allsopp’s Chairman, his objectives continue to drive excellence and overall progression plans for the company and its 500 employees. Under his vision, the business has expanded to twice its size by investing in the people at Allsopp & Allsopp, as well as the right tools and technology to implement data into the hands of the team. Lewis believes the secret to success is employing driven professionals, providing the learning tools they may need, and nurturing them to perform to their potential. His leadership skills, founded through his friendly nature, loyalty, and willingness to learn and educate, have enabled him to retain most of the colleagues who started Allsopp & Allsopp with him. He believes these factors set a company up for a healthy culture, which can only be accomplished by building a sustainable workplace and offering people a place to grow professionally and personally. Under his leadership, Lewis Allsopp aims in the year 2023 to successfully launch other subsidiary companies within the Allsopp & Allsopp group and looks forward to an expansion across different companies and teams. As for his achievements, his adventurous spirit has led him to climb Mount Kilimanjaro and complete the London Marathon. His biggest inspiration and motivation are his family, loyal colleagues, and consistent growth.
