As the Founder and Managing Director of JCR Advisors, she specializes in guiding landlords, investors, flex operators, and enterprise occupiers through the development and execution of flexible office strategies. Lisa’s career encompasses significant roles at leading international real estate firms such as Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, and CBRE. She has also held key sales leadership positions with prominent flexible office operators, including Industrious, Hana (a CBRE subsidiary), and IWG—the world’s largest flex office operator. Her academic credentials include MBA degrees from both Columbia Business School and London Business School, along with a Master’s in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Reading University. As a recognized thought leader, Lisa has contributed publications and research on flexible office models to esteemed institutions like Columbia and Oxford Said Business Schools, where she also serves as a visiting lecturer.
