Over thirty years of experience in Human Resources and General Affairs with extensive practice in: Building strong HR Teams, HR Transformation, change Management, Organizational Development, HR Compliance Documentation, and Governance. Currently is the Chief People and Administration Officer for ALGammal Group. Prior to AL Gammal, worked as Human Resources and Sustainability Director for Majid Al-Futaim Retail operations in East Africa based in Nairobi Kenya, Human Resources and General Affairs Director for Nissan Africa based in Pretoria, South Africa, VP- Human Resources for Arab Bank Egypt; Chief Human Resources Officer for Coca Cola Botling in Egypt; Human Resources Director for General Motors Egypt and North Africa Operations, the MENA Region Director for Program Development with the Institute of International Education, and Director of the Professional Resources Center of AMIDEAST. She launched Women Councils in GM, Nissan, MAF, the GM NEXT Club for Hi-Potential leaders, led the making of GM North Africa a Workplace of Choice. A member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt HR Committee , board member of the Human Power Association of Egypt, and a member of the American University in Cairo Executive Education Advisory Council Passionate about developing people to lead their organizations to produce results and a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion.
