Marcell is a Partner at Adventum Group and a member of RICS since 2018 – he is a qualified commercial real estate professional, with 20 experience in portfolio asset management and ESG strategy planning. As the head of ESG reporting, he led the onboarding process of Adventum’s ESG reporting platform in 2022, which has provided their first GRESB porfolio ESG report in 2023. Leveraging AI and machine learning the new platform provides a path to preserve asset valuation, helping to forecast, gives daily base analyses on energy consumptions, helping operational carbon emissions calculations and more. Managing an Article 8 fund, Adventum also using their new ESG platform for SFDR reporting to ensure compliance with the sustainability requirements. Marcell is currently working on another proptech project implementation, just to support the establishment & operation of Building Committees in their real estate portfolio. Prior to Adventum, Marcell was leading the Property management division of Budapest Airport and took the asset management roles at CPI.
