Who does Maud look forward to meeting?
“I am looking forward to meet Rajat Dhawan. Rajat isn’t just running tech for a hospitality firm—he’s transforming it. His work with AI-focused tools (e.g. GPT responses, sentiment analysis) and platform architecture (Snowflake-based, modular) reflects bleeding-edge adoption of PropTech solutions at scale. Soho House is famed for its immersive, premium in-person experiences. Rajat has designed the digital infrastructure behind House Connect, House Pay, table bookings, and the SH.APP, enabling a hybrid physical–digital member ecosystem – a model increasingly relevant for landlords and operators seeking to integrate in-property digital engagement.”
