With over 20 years of experience spanning financial services, IT, healthcare, real estate, and hospitality, Mayank brings a multidisciplinary approach to innovation, operational efficiency, and customer experience. At Arada, Mayank is focused on advancing the company’s technology ecosystem to support its growth into a diversified real estate and lifestyle platform. He oversees digital systems and platforms across Arada’s development, retail, fitness, education, and hospitality assets, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and user-centric. Prior to Arada, Mayank served as Chief Information Officer at Emaar and held senior leadership roles at Cognizant, Prudential Financial, and Fortis Healthcare, where he led enterprise-wide technology programmes, business intelligence functions, and strategic transformation initiatives. He is recognised for leveraging emerging technologies to deliver data-driven growth and enhanced resident and guest experiences. Mayank is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta.
