Throughout his career, Michael has successfully managed high profile real estate assets exceeding $5 billion, encompassing luxury residences, Class A office spaces, civic landmarks, hotels, and mixed use developments. His experience spans startups to large enterprises, where he has built and led teams in the US, Europe, and the Middle East. Before joining MERED, Michael led the development of the Qiddiya Performing Arts Center in Saudi Arabia, a key part of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 initiative. He also served as CEO at Wainbridge Capital, managing operations in four countries and driving the company through a major merger. Michael also held the role of Director of Development at Hines, where he led major projects and contributed to strategic planning across international markets, investor relations, and innovation in large scale real estate development.Michael is known for his proven performance, mentoring skills, and ability to navigate complex global markets.
