Mike Plichta, CFA is Managing Partner at PropTech Farm, where he leads Fund III — a Singapore-based venture capital fund investing in Seed to Series A PropTech startups across Southeast Asia and Australia. The fund focuses on technologies that digitalise and decarbonise the built environment, spanning real estate marketplaces, smart-building systems, energy efficiency, and data-driven asset management. Mike brings over 15 years of experience across venture capital, corporate innovation, and financial advisory, including portfolio building and commercialisation at Innogy Innovation Hub, and leading Colliers’ PropTech Advisory through large-scale smart-building and hybrid-workplace deployments. Earlier in his career, he specialised in valuation and financial modelling at Deloitte. He also serves as an expert evaluator to the European Commission’s Innovation Fund — the EU’s flagship and one of the world’s largest public funding programmes supporting the commercial scale-up of net-zero and climate-tech innovations.
