Miroslav currently serves as Group Head of Property Management at P3 Logistic Parks. He is responsible for overseeing the operation of logistics assets across 11 European countries, driving process harmonization, and leading the implementation of IT systems to support both operational efficiency and ESG initiatives. His work focuses on enhancing the long-term competitiveness of logistics facilities in line with modern industry trends, market expectations, and regulatory requirements. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, Miroslav has held key roles in private equity funds focused on investments in Real Estate sector. His current guiding principle is to create an operational environment within each logistics facility—both from a technical perspective and in terms of data management—that ensures long-term competitiveness. This applies not only to keeping pace with rapidly evolving market and user demands but also to meeting ESG requirements.
