Moataz has over 15 years of industry experience in delivering high-profile developments, complex programmes, and strategic real estate projects throughout the MENA region. With an academic foundation as an Architectural Engineer, Moataz holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from University of South Wales and has further enhanced his strategic capabilities through a Diploma in Leadership and Management Strategies from Harvard Business School. He is also a PMP-certified professional and a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) with the Chartered Institute of Building (UK).
