Natan Lempert is the Co-Founder and CEO of Built AI, a platform transforming real estate investment through AI-powered financial modelling and data insights. Before founding Built AI, Natan led the acquisitions team at a pan-European real estate investment manager backed by Asian institutional capital, where he sourced and executed over €2.5 billion in transactions. He began his real estate career at Benson Elliot, focusing primarily on value-add and opportunistic strategies across Europe, and played a key role in the strategic asset management of the firm’s Spanish portfolio, driving initiatives that delivered significant value creation. Natan started his career in Investment Banking at Citigroup in London, within the Consumer & Retail team, advising on over $20 billion of transactions across M&A, debt, and equity capital markets. He holds a First Class degree in Economics from Brandeis University and is a native Spanish speaker.
