Bio:

Nisha is a residential investment professional with over 15 years of experience in advancing the UK residential and Build to Rent (BTR) sector. She has played a pivotal role in scaling operations for two of the largest BTR portfolios in the UK, at both Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) and Grainger plc. At present, she oversees LGIM’s £3bn+ BTR portfolio, comprising more than 6,000 operational units. As a key decision-maker, she is responsible for shaping and refining operational strategy to support scale and drive long-term asset performance. Nisha also serves as the ESG Lead for BTR assets, leading initiatives to progress towards LGIM’s Net Zero Carbon ambitions and delivering measurable social impact within local communities.
