PropertyMe expands into real estate CRM with the acquisition of Phoenix Software

Shared 23 October, 2025

PropertyMe, Australia’s leading property management software provider, has announced the acquisition of Phoenix Software, the proptech company behind the AI-powered Phoenix CRM. The acquisition enables PropertyMe to empower agencies to run their entire real estate journey more efficiently, from first enquiry to long-term management, creating a connected platform that extends beyond property management into sales operations.

Feedback from PropertyMe’s agency network indicates that agencies are increasingly expected to do more with less, prompting the company to focus on designing an all-in-one experience rather than adding additional products that agencies need to pay for separately. The acquisition brings the full Phoenix Software team into PropertyMe, combining decades of proptech and real estate CRM experience with PropertyMe’s scale and existing network of more than 6,200 agencies.

“In the past 12 years, we’ve helped thousands of agencies make property management a whole lot easier. Now we’re extending our innovation to the sales side of real estate, giving agencies one connected platform to manage their entire customer journey,” said Sarah Dawson, Chief Customer Officer of PropertyMe. “This acquisition enables us to add value to our agency network in new ways, empowering sales teams with an AI-powered real estate CRM.”

PropertyMe’s strategy focuses on creating a seamless ecosystem across sales, property management, and payments to work for every real estate professional, addressing the challenge of teams flipping between multiple platforms to complete their work. Scott Shepherd, Chief Product Officer of PropertyMe, explained: “We want to create a seamless ecosystem across sales, property management and payments to work for every real estate professional. We know how hard real estate teams work. They shouldn’t have to flip between five different platforms to get the job done.”

The Phoenix Software team shares PropertyMe’s product-led approach and customer focus, positioning the combined organization to accelerate product development and expand capabilities. “With PropertyMe’s scale and investment, we’ll be able to accelerate our roadmap and continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in real estate technology,” said Luke Paverd, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Phoenix Software. “We can’t wait to amplify our impact and reach PropertyMe’s network of more than 6,200 agencies.”

The acquisition represents PropertyMe’s strategic expansion beyond its core property management offering to serve the complete real estate agency workflow, leveraging AI-powered CRM technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency across Australia’s real estate sector.
