Responsible for Asset, Property and Facility Management of a 160,000 residential unit portfolio with a GAV over EUR 30B across 9 countries. Comprising of sales, leasing, value-add investments and day-to-day operations. Prior to joining Heimstaden Paul held the position of Senior Director, Head of Project Delivery Europe, Middle East & Africa and Development Director, US East at WeWork as well as roles Project Management roles supporting Major League Baseball and The Minnesota Vikings.
