Paweł Malon is the CEO of SINGU, a leading CAFM platform for facility, maintenance, and ESG management in commercial real estate. SINGU supports the operations of over 200 million square meters across 35+ countries, driving efficiency, compliance, and digital transformation for global property portfolios. Before joining SINGU, Paweł built a strong foundation in private equity, advising companies on growth and digital innovation. He began his career in Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, following an early technical role at Jaguar Land Rover as a Computational Crash Analyst. Paweł holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MPhil from the University of Cambridge, combining strategic insight with deep analytical skills. He is an active member of the European Logistics Product Council at the Urban Land Institute, contributing to thought leadership at the intersection of real estate, logistics, and technology.
