Pest Share, a Software as a Services (SaaS) platform providing cost-effective, on-demand pest control services to residents and simultaneously boosting revenue for property managers, announced its seed raise of $4.5 million. The capital will fuel the expansion and advancement of its operations and technology platform. The round was led by MetaProp and Capital Eleven, with notable participation from Vesta Ventures and Far Out Venture Capital.

Founded in 2019 by Cooley, Justin Clements and Tom Clements, Pest Share provides residents with an affordable pest-control solution, connecting residents to professional vendors across the United States.
