Peter commenced his tenure at Stena Property in 2020 and has since then, been instrumental in the formation and leadership of an efficient, multidisciplinary team of digital specialists. This team has been the driving force behind the company’s digital transformation, ensuring successful implementation of digital infrastructure across Stena’s real estate portfolio. This strategic move is paramount in realizing Stena’s ambitious sustainability objectives – to achieve self-sufficiency in electricity consumption by 2030 and attain net-zero emissions by 2045. Peter, along with his transformation team, plays a significant role in enhancing customer engagement through the development of new, tenant-oriented digital services. Boasting a career spanning over two and a half decades, Peter has a track record of successfully driving digital initiatives across a variety of industries, including education and IT management consulting. This diverse experience lends unique insights and fresh perspectives to the real estate industry, enriching Stena’s digital operations. In addition to his role at Stena, Peter also serves on the board of the expanding PropTech company Picler AB, presently growing its footprint within the European market
