Pierre Le Normand is currently serving as Investment Director at Pithos Capital, an alternative investment firm focused on private equity and real assets. He also holds several board and director roles across self‑storage and related operating companies in the UK, combining strategic investment responsibilities with direct operational exposure. Pierre previously spent 10 years at Bain & Company and MetLife, where he built a strong skillset in project management, restructuring, growth planning and distribution management. He has led large-scale initiatives from fundraising (internal and external) through to implementation across multiple industries, working closely with multicultural and cross-functional teams. A fluent French and Spanish speaker, Pierre is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned an MBA from the Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from the School of Arts & Sciences, and is also a graduate of NEOMA Business School in France. He has passed all three levels of the CFA Program, reinforcing his technical depth in finance and investment analysis.
