DoorFeed completes acquisition of Ikory Asset Management, bringing €500 Million in residential assets under management

DoorFeed today announced it has completed the acquisition of Ikory Asset Management (“Ikory AM”), as it advances towards becoming the leading Pan-European operating partner for institutional investment in residential real estate.
Founded in 2021 by James Kirimy, DoorFeed is building Europe’s leading operating platform dedicated to institutional residential real estate investment. The Residential sector remains a dominant force in European Real Estate investment, with 78% of investors planning to significantly increase their exposure by 2028. DoorFeed streamlines both residential investment and asset management services with unparalleled access to deals, talents and data. DoorFeed’s activities span across multiple residential asset types, geographies and investment strategies to meet the diverse needs of institutional investors. Its core markets, France, the UK and the Netherlands, accounted for 43% of European residential investment volume in Q1 2024.
DoorFeed has acquired Ikory AM, the asset management division of Ikory Group, in a carve-out deal. Ikory Group, founded in 2015 by Stéphane Imowicz, is a leader in residential real estate services for institutional clients. The group will continue its capital market and project services activities. Launched in 2021 by Eric Fintz and Matthieu Audinet, Ikory AM manages €500 million across 1,000 residential units for clients.
DoorFeed’s acquisition of Ikory AM reflects the latest milestone in its strategic growth journey after launching operations in the UK and the Netherlands in 2024.
The acquisition brings Ikory AM’s established team on board, including Deputy CEO of Ikory Group Eric Fintz. It provides continuity of leadership and expertise. Fintz joins DoorFeed as Global Head of Investor Solutions. He brings over a decade of industry experience at Ikory Group since 2020 and as Investment and Asset Manager at Tikehau Capital before this.
Matthieu Audinet, CEO of Ikory AM, joins DoorFeed as Head of Investment & Asset management in France along with his experienced Investment and Asset Management team.
