WOOW Studio has announced its expansion into the United Arab Emirates. The strategic move was unveiled at PropTech Connect Middle East, hosted in partnership with the Dubai Land Department, signalling a major step in the company’s global growth strategy.
After six years of delivering over 300 successful projects for more than 50 leading real estate developers, WOOW Studio is entering the UAE market with a proven track record. Its portfolio includes collaborations with industry giants such as Penta Real Estate, STRABAG Real Estate, and YIT, as well as large-scale infrastructure visualizations for Vienna International Airport.
Last year, the company marked its entry into the GCC region with a landmark collaboration in Oman, commissioned by the Ministry of Housing & Urban Planning to create a digital twin of the future smart city, Sultan Haitham City.
WOOW Studio operates at the intersection of digital twins and sales enablement, replacing static imagery with photorealistic virtual environments that serve as a centralized ecosystem for the entire sales lifecycle. Its proprietary platform, MOLLY, acts as a one-stop shop for immersive virtual tours that run seamlessly on any device, both online and offline. To ensure a “single source of truth,” the platform integrates directly with CRM systems, marketing analytics, and booking tools. This allows developers to track leads effectively, provide real-time unit availability, and ensure that buyers, brokers, and developers are always working from the same synchronized data.
“Dubai is one of the few global markets where developers are truly ready to fully embrace the next generation of digital sales tools,” said Filip Fejdi, International Sales & Partnerships Manager at WOOW Studio. “In a market driven by global investors, buyers expect clarity and transparency. Our technology delivers that while shortening decision cycles and enabling sales teams to work with unprecedented efficiency.”
“As an architect by education, I didn’t build MOLLY just to be a visual tool; I built it to solve the spatial communication gap that often slows down major transactions,” said Juraj Krc, Founder & CEO of WOOW Studio. “Digital twins eliminate the ‘imagination gap’ for the buyer. By providing a robust, data-integrated platform that works in any environment, we help developers transform complex architectural visions into signed contracts.”
As part of its regional growth strategy, WOOW Studio is securing new contracts with Real Estate Developers while simultaneously seeking strategic partnerships with broker networks, real estate consultancy and marketing companies, and digital transformation consultancies. The company is aiming to secure its first UAE contracts and establish a permanent office in Dubai by the end of 2026.
