Radius Agent (dba Radius), the technology-focused, agent-centric real estate brokerage platform has raised a $13M Series B funding led by AXA Venture Partners, and with participation from NFX, and Cota Capital, and Sierra Ventures among other existing investors. Radius is a full service, modern brokerage that provides real estate professionals and their teams with the support and tools needed to grow their business — with a simplified and sensible commission structure. The company plans to further scale its team and offering with the new funding.

The funding round comes on the heels of a record year for Radius Agent, which saw a 293% growth in its agent base and 330% growth in revenue.
