REACH UK Announces Landmark Co-Investment Partnership with Propertymark and TDS Group

In a significant move set to transform the property industry landscape, REACH UK, a global technology scale up programme operated by Second Century Ventures, announces a landmark co-investment partnership with Propertymark and TDS Group.

The new partnership is built on a solid foundation of collaboration starting in 2020 when the REACH programme was launched in the UK supported by Propertymark. Now with 3 successful programmes under their belt and a portfolio of twenty-five technology startups REACH UK is re-opening applications to its highly anticipated 2024 programme strengthened by the new co-investment partnership. As a part of the selection process, handpicked start-ups will have an opportunity to participate in “Dragons Den” style pitch competition presenting their innovations to a panel of senior industry leaders serving as “dragons”.

For startups in the 2024 cohort, this partnership provides increased investment and the unique opportunity to collaborate with property industry giants.
