reltix, a Germany-based startup building an AI-native property management platform, has raised €3 million in pre-seed funding with participation from Estonian Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (EstVCA) member Tenity. The funding comes as the company surpasses €1 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) less than a year after entering the market.
Rather than selling software to traditional property managers, the company manages residential properties directly through its proprietary technology platform, centrix, which handles customer interactions and operational processes end-to-end.
The company is targeting a sector that remains largely analogue across Europe, characterised by fragmented workflows, low software adoption, and often poor customer experience. reltix aims to replace legacy operating models with an AI-first approach that delivers more efficient property management. In addition to managing properties directly, the company is building an open platform that connects partners across sectors such as energy, banking, and construction, positioning itself as a digital infrastructure layer for the real estate industry.
Léon Alex Bamesreiter, Founder and CEO of reltix, said, “Building an AI-native property management business means transforming an industry long overdue for meaningful change.”
Commenting on the investment, Tenity highlighted property management as a large, recurring market that has remained underserved for decades due to low software penetration, poor service levels, and fragmented operations. The firm pointed to reltix’s differentiated operating model, strong early execution, and ambition to build the foundational infrastructure layer for the sector with AI embedded across workflows.
The funding will support reltix’s continued growth and expansion as it scales its AI-powered operating model across European markets.
