Ringley Group Appoints New MD for Investment and Asset Management

Shared 25 March, 2026

The Ringley Group, the operational real estate platform, bolstered its senior team by hiring Christian Anderton.

Following roles with CBRE and Aviva Investors, he set up a niche investment practice, Haida, to continue his focus on origination, underwriting and asset repositioning. He also founded smart building platform NodeTech in 2020.
He has experience in leading complex, high-value transactions for global investors, including Blackstone, Kennedy Wilson and SEGRO plc, providing expertise in forward-funding, portfolio investment management and mixed-use regeneration, with a track record of more than £8 billion.

Anderton will lead Ringley’s property and asset management service, working closely with group chief executive Richard Williams. He will play a key role in driving forward commercial and mixed-use advisory offerings as they continue to evolve into a vertically integrated platform across the living and wider real estate sectors.

Anderton added, “This is the ideal time for me to join a hugely successful business, at a transformational time in its journey. The entrepreneurial culture and proprietary, in-house tech capabilities align very well with my vision for realising our growth ambitions.”
