Sadish is responsible for financial management, strategic leadership, risk management, treasury functions, team leadership, best practices, optimising efficiency, and supporting the strategy and initiatives of Elevation. Prior to Elevation, Sadish had a 14+ year career at CBRE Investment Management where he was, in the last five years, a Senior Director and Head of Financial Operations for UK Direct Real Estate Strategies. Here he had oversight of financial strategy of UK funds and segregated mandates totalling £12bn AUM with responsibilities including best practice implementation, liquidity management, external debt arrangement, fund reporting, investor relations, performance analytics, valuations, regulatory compliance, financial structuring and tax due diligence on investments operating in several structures and jurisdictions. Sadish holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from London Guildhall University and is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
