Sara Mahmoud Mohamed is a seasoned Head of Development and architectural leader with nearly two decades of experience driving the project life cycle for high-profile residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Currently leading development at Safwa Urban Development, Sara oversees complex design initiatives and multidisciplinary teams of architects and engineers to deliver large-scale urban projects across Egypt. Throughout her distinguished career, Sara has held pivotal leadership roles, including Head of Technical Engineer Development at The Land Development and Senior Design Manager at Saudi Egyptian Development. She is recognized for her expertise in streamlining project execution, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and navigating intricate permitting and authority approval processes. Her portfolio features notable projects such as the Financial Hub and Capital 1 in the New Capital, as well as the Armonia and Ilbayou developments. Beyond her corporate leadership, Sara has contributed to the academic community as a Lecturer at Modern Academy, where she specialized in Shop Drawing, Architectural History, and Design.
