Simon is responsible for leading the digital strategy and digital products at one of the leading global real estate consultancy and estate agencies. Having created and built the Data Office within Knight Frank Simon has evolved the function to include both Digital and Data ensuring that data is leveraged in the best possible way for clients. Expert and building new capabilities within organisations, Simon has gained extensive experiences across Real Estate, Financial Services and Retail including Close Brothers and Countrywide Plc. Working closely with multiple business units to embed Data & Analytics with their business strategy as well as building the right products for clients, Simon became ever more the leader he now is in the field. Outside of analytics and Knight Frank, Simon has been part of The RED Foundation for a number of years supporting the Data Ethics group, and even chairing their forum on the challenge of bringing energy and property data together. Simon has a BA in Theology from the University of Leeds, a Post Grad Economics degree from Birbeck, University of London, and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
