Simon Wallace, Managing Director, Head of the UK Real Estate Group, DWS Group

Simon is the Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Real Estate Research at DWS, one the worlds leading asset manages with close to €1 trillion of assets under management. Based in London, but frequently on the road, Simon joining the Company in 2011 to cover the French and UK markets. He went on to become Head of European Research and Strategy for Alternatives before stepping up into his current position, leading a team of researchers located across key global markets. Prior to joining DWS, Simon led market research as UK listed REIT Hammerson, having started his career as an economist at the Centre for Economics and Business Research. Simon holds a BSc in Politics and Economics and MSc in Economics from University of Bristol.
