Simone Savi is the Chief Financial and Sustainability Officer (CFSO) at Aldar Estates. In his role, he leads the finance, strategy, and sustainability teams, overseeing a dynamic workforce of over 150 professionals across the UAE and KSA. He is also responsible for driving the organisation’s financial performance, and fostering its talent-driven culture. Prior to his role at Aldar Estates, Simone was the CFO UK & Ireland at Cushman Wakefield, where he played a pivotal role in leading the development and execution of a 3-year strategic growth plan, spearheading initiatives to enhance commercial excellence and operational efficiency, financial reporting and compliance. He was also the EMEA Head Financial Planning & Analytics and EMEA Finance Director within the company. Before that, Simone was the Senior Income Statement Finance Manager (Oil & Gas, UK) and the Manager in the Corporate Audit Staff (Corporate, US) at General Electric. Simone holds an executive MBA from the London Business School, UK, a CEMS Master’s degree in International Management from the Rotterdam School Of Management, Netherlands and a Master’s degree in Science in Management from the Bocconi University, Italy.
