She has been responsible for project development, design and marketing, optimization, contract negotiations, sales and leasing processes, renovation tasks, and new builds. She works from a commercial perspective, has a comprehensive overview of all processes involved in project construction, and excels at bringing all parties together to collaborate effectively—ensuring goals are achieved as quickly and efficiently as possible, with satisfied end users. With a creative and solution-oriented approach to her projects, she is adept at finding solutions when times, markets, situations, or finances change.
