Tim is the Strategic Insights Director at SEGRO. His career began in strategy consulting in 2007, working with clients across construction, support services, energy, and transport. Projects spanned market growth strategies, corporate transactions, and organisational transformations. Since 2015, he has held in-house roles focused on strategy and transformation at National Grid and Royal Mail – both companies navigating the impact of major trends such as sustainability and digitalisation. From a young age, he was captivated by construction sites, and is now proud to be part of SEGRO, a company developing high-quality assets and supporting economic growth in a responsible manner.
