Tomáš Kubín is a seasoned construction and development professional with nearly two decades of experience in the real estate and logistics sector. Since 2008, he has held a variety of roles, and currently serves as Head of Construction for Western and Central Eastern Europe at P3 Logistic Parks, a leading pan-European logistics real estate investor and developer. In this capacity, Tomáš oversees the entire lifecycle of industrial development projects—from early-stage planning and permitting through execution and delivery, including strategic acquisitions and disposals. His focus on quality, cost efficiency, and sustainability has been instrumental in expanding and enhancing P3’s portfolio across the region. Under his leadership, P3 has delivered numerous high-specification logistics and industrial facilities, designed to meet the evolving operational needs of modern tenants. Before joining P3, Tomáš worked as a Project Manager at Metrostav, and began his career as a Site Engineer with OHL ŽS in 2006.
