Valentina Shegoyan is the Founding Partner of OPREIM, a real estate venture platform focused on backing emerging managers and innovation across operational real estate. With 20+ years in investing and strategy, she partners with founder-led teams to refine theses, validate pipeline, and build scalable, tech-enabled platforms. Her work centres on underwriting capability as much as the asset, and on supporting emerging managers on their first deals with flexible capital. She serves as Co-Chair at the ULI Europe’s Operational Real Estate Council and as Vice-President for sectors and groups at the INSEAD Alumni Association UK, and is an active contributor across Europe’s real estate and proptech ecosystems.
