Valeria joined PATRIZIA SE in April 2023 as the leader of the Asset Operations Team. She is playing a key role in establishing the Asset Performance Controlling function while leading corporate projects focused on harmonising and automating data requirements. Additionally, she is driving initiatives to redefine data ingestion, reporting and controlling indicators. Before joining PATRIZIA, Valeria served as CFO and Head of Clients Controlling & Reporting at Cushman & Wakefield (Italy), where she successfully reorganised the client finance team around four key pillars: people, systems, processes, and data. Prior to that, she was with AXA Real Assets, overseeing Asset and Funds Controlling & Reporting at the EMEA level. In this role, she led strategic projects aimed at team reorganisation and reporting harmonisation. Valeria holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University (Italy) and completed an Executive MBA program at ESCP Europe (France).
