His professional track record spans roles with subsidiaries of Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (including SEVEN and other confidential entities), as well as DAMAC Properties, Eagle Hills, Dar Al Arkan, Catalyst Group, and the Islamic Development Bank’s ICD subsidiary. Beginning as an architect, he quickly rose through the ranks by coupling his design foundation with sharp business and investment expertise—evolving into a sought-after leader recognized for his multidisciplinary mastery, strategic foresight, and people-centered approach. Waleed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Jordan and is an alumnus of Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design, where his PropTech graduation project was recognized in the Advanced Real Estate Executive Program. He further enhanced his leadership and business capabilities through executive education at Columbia Business School, MIT Sloan, and London Business School.
