Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz, International Partner, Head of Asset Services CEE at the international advisory firm Cushman & Wakefield, has several years of professional experience in the field of property and business management. She is a certified member of the RICS, a mediator and has experience as a lecturer – for 12 years she was teaching at the Warsaw School of Economics. She started her career at PKN Orlen in the retail development department, supporting real estate transactions. In 2006, she joined DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) as an office property manager and, having risen through the ranks within the organization and gained further experience, is now responsible for supporting the CEE region as well as managing the Asset Services department in Poland. In addition, she is a member of the company’s Management Board in Poland. Zuzanna manages a team of more than 220 professionals managing more than 3.7 sq m of commercial space within 123 properties (including Zlote Tarasy, Rondo I and the Warsaw HUB, among others) on behalf of both international funds and private investors and developers. Her team provides clients with the highest standard of services, including consultancy, comprehensive property management, preparing buildings for sale, innovating and implementing ESG solutions. In addition, Zuzanna directs and sponsors the in-house LEAN management innovation and improvement program at Cushman & Wakefield.
